The app includes AI-assisted report wording, photo analysis, and supports Awaab's Law compliance with time-stamped audit trails.

How to use DampApp Pro

1. Download and install the app from the App Store or Google Play. No account is required to start.
2. Create a new survey on-site. Capture room details, moisture readings, photos, and defect observations.
3. Use AI Polish to expand shorthand notes into structured, RICS-aligned report text. You can also use AI photo analysis to auto-generate defect tags and moisture-meter readings.
4. Generate a branded PDF report on your device before leaving the property. Reports can be white-labelled with your logo and credentials.
5. Sync to the cloud (Pro plan) when you reconnect to Wi-Fi. Surveys are backed up and can be accessed across multiple devices.
