- Starter ($120/year): Offers everything in Free, plus unlimited forms and responses, skip-to conditional logic, full analytics, Excel export, 2GB file storage, Google Sheets auto-sync, unlimited webhooks, email alerts (up to 3 recipients), removal of Onform branding, custom logo and colors, password-protected forms, scheduled open/close, and email support.
- Unleash ($290/year): Includes everything in Starter, plus support for up to 10 team members, form collaborators, drop-off funnel analytics, custom CSS, 10GB file storage, multiple API keys, unlimited email recipients, and priority support.
- Deploy (Custom Pricing): For self-hosting on your own infrastructure, this plan includes everything in Unleash, plus self-hosting, full source code access, Docker production setup, your own database and storage, custom domain, white-labeling, unlimited team members and file storage, GDPR/CCPA compliance by default, dedicated onboarding, and SLA & priority support.
