- What databases does Talk BI support? Supports SQL databases, currently connecting to Postgres and MySQL. SQL Server and Oracle support are planned.
- Do you support other data sources? Currently not, but this is in planning.
- Do you support MongoDB? Currently not. There is no immediate plan to change this.
- What data do you store, how safe is my data? Stores database connection strings (encrypted), database schema, and prompts. Does not directly store data within the database. Stores query results for conversation access. Users can configure data retention and delete information.
- Where are the Talk BI servers located? Servers are hosted in a fully European datacenter, currently in France.
- Do you support on premise installations? The enterprise version can be installed on premise.
- How can I make sure that I get the right results for my questions? Explaining tables and fields in the prompt can help. Better description of attributes needed for the query can improve accuracy.
